Returns & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES UPDATED 2022
We will accept returns within 7 days of the ship date in the U.S. & 21 days international. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL.
If you would like to return an item, please first contact email@example.com.
As soon as your return is physically received back to us, we will process the return. Refunds will be sent back to you in the original payment method OR store credit. Please note, shipping will NOT be refunded back. Respectfully, this is a small business- meaning we would have to eat the cost.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. There will be no returns or refunds. Sale items include (BOGO, DISCOUNT CODE, DEAL OF THE DAY VIA INSTAGRAM)
Exchanges: We no longer accept exchanges if fulfilled correctly. This is a small business. Each item is purchased and hand made. We do not have bulk inventory on hand to filter through to exchange.
*There is a $10 charge for any product returned that was fulfilled correctly until 12/15/22 . All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the product. Again- this is a small business we eat the cost
