Returns & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES UPDATED 2021
We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of the ship date.
If you would like to return or exchange, please first contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as your return is received, we will process the return. Respectfully, this is a small business- meaning we eat the cost.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Refunds: You will receive an email when your refund had been issued, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit
Exchanges: We recommend checking the website to make sure that your exchange item is in stock before sending your item back. Once the exchange is received, you will receive an email with tracking information when the new item is sent out. If a requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
*There is a $10 charge for any product returned that was fulfilled correctly. All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the product. Again- this is a small business we eat the cost.
*Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
*Sales are final on discounted sale items and cannot be returned.
*Hats are final and non-refundable/exchangeable
